one more question:

i heard that my fiance can apply for or is automatic when she

arrives in new york or new jersey to get a work permit

that is valid for 90 days... so possibly she work for 90 days

then when it runs out she"ll have to quit job until she gets valid

permit ????

7/23/07: Recieved AOS RFE (dated 7/17) for W-2s, mailed them out the next day (Day 33)

8/14/07: AOS transferred to CSC (Day 45)

8/21/07: CSC received/is processing AOS (Day 52)

As what ive known,the immigration officer will stamp her passport w EAD for 90 days.For my case i didnt get EAD at POE.But she can apply for EAD when she applies for her AOS,she cant apply for EAD first then AOS,should be together with AOS or later.
