need some advices and help

Good day!

Hello everyone. I am here in the Philippines and waiting my spouse visa. We got married last December 2009 then, my husband filed my petition with I-130 and other some supporting documents that they needed, last February 25, 2010 he got received from the USCIS that they received our application then got reply again that they will received the cash payment. Until now we will waiting for other replt from USCIS? Guys, can you please help me and give some advice what would we do next? My husband always checking our application but still on going for review. How long it takes the result? what other documents will received to them or needed?

Hope we can help and give me some advice

Waiting time is 2-5 months.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.
09/29/2009: I-130 NOA1
01/25/2010: I-130 NOA2
03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

Be patience! Give them a time. your husband received NOA1. you are waiting for NOA2 which is takes maximum of 5 months. you still have 2 months, so hang in there! while you r waiting start gathering all the requiremnts of DS230 and AOS package.

Once you get your NOA2, your case will be forwarded to NVC.

You will need forms I864, DS3032 and DS230 for NVC.

NOA2 means ur approval letter. is ur spouse US citizen???

meanwhile, u should gather all the required documents and trust me it'll save u alot of time. there's a "wiki" option in one of the top tab options. u'll get all u need. here's one helpful link:

IR-1 / CR-1 Visa

2010-04-19: approved online wohoooo

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

2011-03-26: got the passport wohoooo
