Processing time for spouse visa?

Good day!

I am newbie here in VJ, I want somebody to help me and give some advices with you and helping also what will do next. My husband and I got married here in the Philippines last December 2009, then my husband filed my petition last February 2010. He filed I-130 for both us and other supporting documents needed by USCIS we complete all documents required. Then my husband received reply from them that they already received our documents, then after he received that the payment for spouse was already received also. So now we will waiting for the next steps. Still my papers is under review that my husband checked always true online from USCIS.

I will ask what do next that my husband and I needed? and waiting for how long? or any documents we needed too?

Me and my husband always talking and seeing at web cam, most of the time we cried a lot and feel of depression. I can't to see my husband and feel his arms.

I hope somebody help me and to my husband for your advices.

It can take up to 5 months for USCIS to approve the I-130 ... hang in there. :star:

OUR JOURNEY SO FAR: (dd/mm/yyyy)

18/09/09 - CR1 NOA1

16/07/10 - POE LAX (256 days NOA1 to interview)

27/09/10 - Aussie/American bun in the oven due May 10, 2011

06/01/11 - Submitted change of address online to USCIS. Mailed I-865 for sponsor. Neverending!

05/05/11 - Bouncing baby boy arrives

10/07/12 - Sent I-751

13/07/12 - I-751 NOA1
