I just received my NOA1 for my I-130, I am now preparing to file my I-129F and it says I need to send another G325A form with this petition. Can i just make a copy of my G325A I originally sent with my I-130, or does everything have to be original again?

please help!

thanks

The K3 is pretty much history. DON'T waste your time or the cost to mail it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

No, you cannot copy it. It has to be original with original signatures

Consider NOT filing the I-129F because NVC killed the K-3 about 4 months ago - it serves little benefit and may slow up your case considerably

Good luck

No kidding K3 is a dead issue now. Don't bother filing the I-129F at all. It will just slow you down. Information to the contrary is out of date, though there's plenty of it.

For many years now, the I-129F and the I-130 (when filed at USCIS) have been approved on the same day. Now, when this happens, NVC will administrativly close the I-129F leaving only the I-130 active. The I-130 will follow through NVC and a CR-1 visa will be applied for at the consulate. So the K-3 is dead - killed on February 1, 2010.

When you file the I-130 it gets placed in a queue. When you file the I-129F, your I-130 gets pulled out of line and the I-129F attached to it, and placed at the back of the pack, losing your original I-130 place. when we petitioned (back when the K-3 WAS an option) those who filed an I-129F were being approved 6-8 weeks AFTER those who did not. It doesn't save time and actually, is a waste of energy.

Start reading on this process and the steps for the Cr-1 visa

Good luck.

CR1 is the currently viable spouse visa. Follow the CR1 guide. There's more paperwork later, lots of it but for now, the I-130 is the only petition needed.
