Hi everybody,

I got an -email from uscis (VSC),of course after writng to them many times, telling me that our returned case K-1 is going to be proceeded following the chronological order and they will review it..It was received on march 25 th and we are still waiting for a decision as they said they will send me a letter of their decision..So knowing that there is that expiration date,what are the chances of our case to be reaffirmed and how many time is will take them to review it,please do you know anyone with the same case that has been reaffirmed,I do really need your help and advise,so please write to me back..I'm waiting to hear from you..Thank you so much all..

If you were from CSC there would be 0 chance of reaffirmation. They seem to expire them all the time ( mine first one included ) Vermont had been reviewing them at an interval of around 6 months and reaffirming a good percentage of the ones that were real relationships with interviews gone bad. There have been a couple of expirations out of Vermont recently , which could mean they have standardized the process. If you are certain why it was returned you can just file a new one ( and pay the fees) which will cause them to also examine the old one. It costs more money that way but psh the clock a bit.

my interview went bad in Febuary. my petition expired in April took them 2 months to sent it back - but I got reaffirmed last Tuesday. Petittion is on the way back to the consulate.
