I-134 Co-sponsor

Since I do not have a sufficient income to fulfill requirements for the I-134, my dad is filling out the I-134 as a co-sponsor. He has provided tax returns, pay stubs, a letter from his employer, and a letter from his bank. These all indicate that he is above the poverty guidelines.

He does not want to fill in the sections in question 7 about stocks and bonds, life insurance, and real estate.

Is he required to/should he fill out these items even if he meets the guidelines with the information that he has provided?

If it is OK not to include them, how should he fill in those sections? (leave blank, n/a, etc...)

Thank you for any input.

If his income alone is sufficient to qualify, then it's ok not to include any information about assets. Just leave those sections blank.
