Hi everyone, we are currently residing in AZ and planning to go to CT next month for 3 weeks vacation but my visa (as per I-94) will expire on the 16th of this month. We just want to make sure that there's no problem for me travel within the US during my AOS process. Thanks for all the help. :)

If you have applied for AOS, the receipt notice is all you need to show that you are in the US legally. If you have a valid drivers license, you can fly domestically on that, else, bring your passport.

Some people on K-1s will take a copy of their marriage certificate as well as their NOA1.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

More detailed time line in profile.

Hey Im in AZ too, where abouts are you, we are in lake havasu city. With regard to flying, we are going to chicago in a few weeks and i called the uscis to ask the same thing. They said that as long as you married within the 90 days then you are not here illegally, so just take your passport and/or driving license and have a good time.
