My fellow K1 Petitioners and Beneficiaries,

Since this is required, I found a copy of the instructions and a sample of the I-94 Arrival / Departure Record that is required for the next step in the process. I have seen the form on my trip, but US Citizens are not required to fill it out. It's a simple form, but, like most of us, I like to know all there is to know without uncertainty.

No, it's our wish that we obtain a 29 Sep 06 interivew date. A few weeks back, I requested for them to open a provisional file for us and I'm hoping it was granted. Yes, I know it's a shot in the dark, but I had to put it out there. There is no miracle without faith. I'll find out the actual date in a few hours, if the date has been set already

Thats cool...My fiancee lives in Manila and I was hoping you got an interview so quickly...Id be interested to hear about it when the date is set!

guys im thinking october. the last update of NOA2 via vj immigration timeline was 7-11 and their interview was OCt 6... Im thinking we can get an october interview. keeping my fingers crossed...

Alanlvsjudy - I'm hoping for a miracle but when you look at the Manila interview dates recently assigned. "YnaYeBa0808" is dead on that we should more than likely receive an Oct date, but I still believe in miracles. YES!

vartan - I don't have to work today so don't wrinkle my face up with double talk... LOL!!!!

Ah, the I-94. I love when they hand those forms out on the return of an international flight. That's usually when I get all a lot of looks coming my way. Invariably, I end up helping people understand what it all means.
