Hi Vjers,

I asked this Q b4 but didnt get clear answer..sorry for those who's irretated bcuz i kept posting dis Q..

So im a 2 yr GC holder and goin to file I-751 nxt yr..ive been looking for a job since last yr and still im unemployed..i have relatives in cali that can give me instant job there..but my problem is that im afraid that it will be a problem to my I-751 since me and the hubby goin to be separated bcuz were frm here in vegas..my hubby nids my help financially and this is the only thing i knoe it will help us..being in vegas doesnt mean theres a lot of job here..especially i dont have experience working here in US..

Is this gonna affect our I-751..?i mean our marriage is real but what should we do to proof it real..?what are the consequences that we may face..?

Thanks in advance..

It will increase the difficulty for you proving a bona fide marriage, if you are separated from your spouse for an extended period of time. Of course, traveling back and forth to be together on weekends, and both of you contributing to the expenses for your primary joint residence will help. Make sure you document everything.

It has been done before... however, it is a lot more difficult to prove to the IO that you are married not for immigration purposes. Is it recommended? No.

If you end up doing what you say, then you need to keep a lot of evidence to show you are seeing each other, and that the separation due to financial difficulties was the only solution. They usually don't like to see that since it is a big indicator that this is an immigration fraud... although you aren't, but you need to look at it in their point of view. So expect it to be a rough ride during I-751.... it is not an automatic denial, but it could trigger an interview.

Hope this clarifies some points. If you have something specific to ask, please do so and I will try my best to help.

Ur such a big help..yah ur right its really hard to make the IO believe that were jst doing this for the sake of financial needs..but i have no choice for this point of time..i tried applying online,personal..i even have backer but i dunno i cant still get the job..im really doing my very best but still its not enough for them to hire me..

I really fear that they might deny my roc bcuz of this situation..i was planning that im goin to work in cali even for 5 months jst to have an experienced then il go back here..do u think it will still affect my roc..?i know its possible that they will call us for an interview but is this gonna decrease the percent of being denied..?

Thanks a lot..
