Does anyone have info, or know where we can find info on a child or children that will follow mother to the US after a year. My fiancee and I have decided to wait until she's settled and made all adjustments here before we go back to the Philippines to fetch our daughter. She is included on the K1 application and my Affidavit of Support. All responses are appreciated

A child that is listed on the I-129F must enter the US within ONE YEAR from the date of issuance of the K-1 visa or a seperate petition will have to be filed.

I misread your question the first time, so this is an edited reply. As I understand it, your fiance's daughter will be issued a K-2 visa that will be good for one year.

a k-2 must be issued within one year from the time the k-1 visa was issued. if it has been over one year, you'll have to file a i-130. either a k-1 or a k-2 issue is valid for 6 months after it's issued.
