DOSN'T SHOW CASE STATUS..PLEASE HELP

Hi there,

After Applying I-129 I created online account for my girl and mentioned her email and all information at USICS website and checked our application status.Now when I tried to check case status it shows

"It was reported to us that your IP address or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use"

and asking to contact them.

I am a bit worried about it . Is it happening because i signed in from my computer in India?

Please help us!!!!!!

i have the same problem and i`ve seen others who said the same,

i think its an error and we just have to be patient! :bonk:

Hi - I got the same message yesterday and have had no problems until then. I didn't check the status no more than usual but did notice I couldn't access the site for several hours...I am wondering if it is just temporarily down.

Is happening to everybody, dont worry probably there is a problem in the page, fingers cross i didntt blocked the page, lol.

I have had the same problem and I called the number and the lady said it was a problem that they were getting the same errors and that they were aware and trying to fix it. Nothing that we did wrong or wrong with our case. I know I was a bit nervous as well! lol
