I 134 when do we send it?

My American fiancee is filling the paperwork, some sites say to send in the I 134 with the k1 petition package/forms (I-129f, G-325a) other say not to. Which is it? I also read that he should send me the I-129 and that I need it for my interview.... we are a little confused.

Yes, I agree you are very confused. Please go to the top of this page and click on the Guides. Read the K-1 Guides many times.

It will also be easier (usually) if the USC reads the guides, forms and instruction.

I-134 is NOT sent with I-129F petition. It should be sent to fiance(e) for Embassy interview.

Your fiance(e) could give you a copy of the I-129F petition for your interview preparation although I do not think it is used. You should have the ORIGINALs of any document copies from the I-129F petition such as a Birth Certificate or Divorce Decree.

OP -

I-134 (affadavit of support) is provided by the USC to you for the interview (along with W-2's, Tax returns, pay stubs and a letter of employment from your fiancee's boss).

Tax transcripts (past 3 years), form 1040, and W2s for past 3 years, Letter from employer stating anual salary, job responsibility, and that is full time, on company letterhead and copies of past 6 months pay stubs up to a few weeks before the interview.
