I was illegaly there in states 9 years ago and then never went there. When should i apply for wavier after the filing I130 as waiting time is very long OR should i get wavier first.

Also if anyone wanna share there timeline from Canada. Please Help.

Hi,

First of all in your title you state that your parents are LPR. Residents cannot file for married children only USC. If they are USC then you need to change the title, if not, then they would have to until one of them is a USC. In second place, I would also wait until the 10 year ban is up, then you wouldn't need to file a waiver. If it has been 9 years and you have never returned, then it would be one year more.

thanks

tell us more about your situation and if your parents are LPR or USC
