My sweet girl has difficulty with that, the, them, their...anything with a th. I never try to correct her English pronunciation, though, unless it's completely incomprehensible. Her accent is just too damn sexy I don't want to spoil it.

I say about like aboat, and never believed I did until I listened to myself speak, he thinks it's adorable.

This thread is for verbal miscues and it seems to have a life of it's own even while I've been away.

I had some health concerns but I'm slowly recovering. It could have been a lot worse.

I was in the hospital from Sept. 22 - 26.

Here's a visual miscue - I didn't want to start another thread for this so I just wanted to post it here.

My wife was cooking and I was doing the dishes.

I put the container of COMET briefly on the kitchen table

and my wife grabbed it, was going to shake it all over her

"over rice" dish.

I yelled so loud and thankfully she stopped short.

My wife was talking about a pregnant class mate who gave birth last week.
