Now that my wife is a permanent resident, we want he Mom to visit us for a few months -- But how???

Can you advise how she can come and visit us for a few months? What do we need to send, and to where? I am totally lost with all this.

I heard there's a form I-134, and that we need to write some kind of invitation letter, but it's difficult to find any clear information on the subject.

My wife and her Mom are from Chile....not sure if that would mean anything....

And mom must meet the requirements of the visa on her own accord and not based on statements of promise from a USC or US resident.
