Vanessa, I heard back from the Knightsbridge Drs here - they were understanding but can't give me a copy of the DS3025 as they said the only copy goes straight to the embassy and they dont have one to give me. That means the only one is in my possession in the mystery envelope. Oh well.

#######. Okay. What does your worksheet look like? Does it look anything like the DS-3025 I put up top? Are you able to PM it to me? Or maybe post it (I scan then post to paint where I block any personal info). Maybe it IS the DS-3025 and you just don't realise 'cause it looks difft to the normal version?

If not, the only remaining options are:

1. Pop into the embassy (if you are near it... I certainly wasn't near mine :S) and ask them to open it, give you a copy, and re-seal.. or at least ask how long that will take and if they CAN do it, do it right in front of you.

2. Ask at POE when you get there if it's possible to get a copy, or take a photo to print or SOMETHING because the doctor didn't keep a copy. I can't guarantee that would work though. Mayhaps...
