If you read the guides under the guides tab at the top you will see everything you need to send in with your petition and what you need at the interview. You need the affidavit at the time of the interview. But read the guides to make sure you have everything

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Also you may want to double check which affadavit of support you need to send. For K-1, most consulates require the I-134 affadavit of support for the interview, the I-864 would be used when filing for Adjustment of Status after she arrives to the US and you are married.

This would be indicated in packet three which the consulate send to the beneficiary after they receive it friom the NVC (which is after the USCIS approves the petition).

It is not a required document for the I-129f petition packet that you send initially.

I live in the USA and I am petitionig for fiance visa.

What I need to know is when do I send in Form I-864 (Affidavit of Support)?

Specifically, do I send it in at the same time with Form I-129F (Petition for Alien Fiance)?

Your question indicates you have not yet carefully studied the K1 guide and the I-129F instructions. Doing so will be critical to your ultimate success. I suggest you stop everything else related to the K1 and start studying.
