I forgot to write my name and address in arabic in I-130

Is it problem

05/06/2010 Sent I-130 To USCIS

05/12/2010 USCIS Received it

05/18/2010 Got NOA1

10/27/2010 NOA2

11/03/2010 NVC

11/04/2010 NVC Case number IIN number

11/09/2010 AOS Paid In process

11/12/2010 Show Paid & Send DS3032

11/13/2010 IV Paid In process

11/16/2010 IV show Paid

11/18/2010 Sent AOS& and IV packet

11/19/2010 AOS and IV packet delivered

12/02/2010 Entered on the system

12/10/2010 Case complete / Sign In Failed

February 9, 2011Canceled Interview(Embassy is closed because we had revaluation in Egypt)

03/31/2011 new interview ( Visa issued in the same day )

04/04/2011 DHL guy called me to get the visa

4/20/2010 - NVC email with AOS and IV bill

4/26/2010 - IV fee paid

5/21/2010 - IV pack mailed to NVC

5/28/2010 - NVC received IV packet

6/10/2010 - SIF & RFE (for PCC different for Sir Lanka)

They use Arabic alphabet in Sri Lanka?

Unless your mail can be addressed and received in English, you'll have a problem receiving mail from the Consulate but USCIS is likely to overlook it.

Unless your mail can be addressed and received in English, you'll have a problem receiving mail from the Consulate but USCIS is likely to overlook it.

I'm not sure if that is a true question or a joke...

What I meant is when he did his 1-130 for his wife they did not fill in that question in "Tamil". They put down N/A!

in I-130, i didn't write my husband's name in URDU and we got approved without a problem. i did ask him to put his name in urdu in DS230.

2010-04-19: approved online wohoooo

2010-04-24: NOA2 hardcopy received

2010-04-26: gave 2 email addresses and assigned case #

2010-04-27: received/sent ds3032, AOS bill

2010-05-01: IV bill became available online/paid

2010-05-06: sent in DS230 package via express mail 9:07am

2010-05-11: NVC acknowledges the receipt of AOS on 05/05

2010-05-13: operator told me that AOS sent to supervisor for review....

2010-05-14: AVR changes to received the checklist letter response on 5/13

2010-05-23: RFE for original birth cert. (i did sent original).......arghhh

2010-05-24: BC under review by some department

2010-06-02: sent in original BC again and previous BC is still under review

2010-06-10: NVC recognizes BC into their system

2010-06-15: BC under review

2010-06-21: SIF!!!!!omggggg soo happy 57 days in NVC process

2010-06-28: interview on Aug. 19, 8am.

2010-08-19: interview went fine but he's put into AP :(

2011-01-09: almost 5 months in AP "still pending"

2011-02-06: 5 and half months and still counting......when is this torture going to end....

2011-02-20: 6 months still no answer..........

2011-03-08: more than 200 days passed in AP..................(

2011-03-24: visa has been issued today. hurayyyyyyyyyy finally wait is overrrr.

hi seko i think you are from pakistan if you dont write your name in urdu language in I-130 form dont worry uscis immigration officer cannot consider and ignore this kind of small mistake and uscis officer cannot send you any RFE. USCIS ONLY SEND YOU RFE IF YOU HAVE LACK OF SUPPORTING EVIDENCE FOR EXAMPLE IF USCIS OFFICER THOUGHT THAT YOUR SUPPORTING EVIDENCE AND PROOF IS NOT ENUF TO PROVE HUSBAND OR WIFE RELATIONSHIP SO ONLY IN THAT CASE USCIS IMMIGRATION OFFICER SEND YOU RFE. SO IN THAT SCENARIO YOUR CASE IS FINE
