Edgar... what category of visa are you applying for ?

For the interview you are going to need:

PASSPORT

NATIONAL ID CARD

Two (2) recent COLOR photographs

An original and legalized birth certificate ( in the in extensa format)

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

DIVORCE CERTIFICATE (if apply)

EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP

JUDICIAL AND PRISON RECORDS

MILITARY RECORD

POLICE CERTIFICATE

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

F1 Category USCIS

01-25-2006 Case Approved.

NVC

03-10-2010 Case completed

06-26-2010 Interview Date Assigned

Embassy :

07-29-2010 : Medical Exam

08-10-2010 : Interview Date @ 6: 15 AM. Approved

10-07-2010 : Visa Received

USA:

10/30/2010 : POE @ EWR

11/10/2010 Recieved auto SSN, 11 days after POE

12/07/2010 Welcome letter received

12/11/2010 Green Card on hand.

Naturalization:

03/26/2016 N-400 Filing Date (Sent package to Dallas, TX via USPS Priority Mail)

03/29/2016 N-400 package delivered

04/01/2016 Payment Charged to Credit Card.

04/04/2016 NOA Received via E-mail and Tex

t04/08/2016 NOA Received via USPS First Class mail (04/02/2016).

04/25/2016 Fingerprints. (Letter received on 04/15/16)

04/29/2016 In Line.

06/20/2016 Interview Letter

07/25/2016 Interview

08/01/2016 Oath Ceremony

But what if items are in bold already submitted to NVC...???

Timeline

Then they will have it. Check your portal and ask people if you need to bring anything again. In Brazil we don't have to bring anything we already sent to NVC, but some countries ask you to bring new originals anyway.

OP-> Please fill in your timeline so people can give you correct advise.

I-130 NOA2 - 10th February, 2010 Yay!!!!

NVC Journey:
02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

2 YEARS LATER......

03-02-2012: Elegible to lift conditions
06-02-2012: Temporary GC expires

12-20-2012: Permanent GC received

6 MONTHS LATER......

06/03/2013: n400 Filled

10/22/2013: Citizenship test and oath ceremony

04-16-11:USCIS lost our I485 forms thus received EAD rejection notice

04-18-11: mailed AOS packet AGAIN

04-19-11:AOS packet received by S. Bush

04-29-11: NOA1 hardcopies for I485 and I765 received :)

05-12-11:Successful walk in biometrics

05-25-11:email notification received stating interview on 6/24

05-27-11:hardcopy for interview received

06-24-11:done with interview.no approval yet

06-25-11: received EAD card

06-29-11:email received AOS approved and green card is on its way! yay! :)
