Concur - not needed for IR-5 @ GUZ IV unit.

Review http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm

on the V Appointment Packet (“Packet 4”) section, at the bottom.

Those are all the forms ya need, for yer particular casefile and filing method.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

How about the "未再婚公证“?

I saw that it is on the list. I did not send it to NVC.

Does Mom need to bring to interview?

未再婚公证 - this is usually for spousal visas, unless you see it specifically listed for parents.

If you see it listed for parents, please let me know the exact source?

I do note, for IR-5, must bring to interview (because of NVC EP):

]1) an original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s birth certificate and 2) original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s marriage certificate from the Petitioner’s current and all previous marriages.

from http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html#petitioner_documents

Perhaps that is exactly what they are referring to? maybe ?

Now, I am saying, to 'bring it to interview', as you were supposed to submit it to NVC. Maybe NVC missed it, on document review - but the ConOff in GUZ won't 'miss it' - they'll be looking for it, so be sure yer parent has it.

re: that GIV-24 form - is reference to it, here - http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/life_act_visas_faqs.html for K-3 visas - you are not one of those.

The ONLY reason, IMO, to include it for yer parent, is IF she receives it in the P4 packet that would be mailed to her.

Okay, it is only my concern.

Since the NVC only emailed me a letter with the date and time, w/o address and anything at all. (there is a link to DOS website tho.)

I want to make sure everything is all right.

Thank you very much, Darnell.

I can always find the right anser here.
