Its been like 4 months since my hubby applied for my I-130.last touch was on 21st january,2010.today i checked my account and i saw there was some touch today and its says last updated on 5/07/10.what does that mean?but we didnt receive anything yet.what does that touch mean that i am gonna receive something soon or still i need to wait :(

this waiting is killing me.......

unfortunately it doesnt mean very much...it is hard to tell if they are actually processing or just moving from one pile to the next. I know it is hit or miss when and if the site updates. Just keep the faith!! You should be close to NOA2 now.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Yeah we cant say anything what is actually going on over there.I know may be that touch doesnt mean anything unless i get to hear anything from them.But hope for the best,right now this is the only option that we have in our hand.Lets see and wait what happens!!

Definitely that touch was the lucky touch for me.they just send me an e-mail that your petition have been approved..so happy!!!YAHOOO

I hope the best for you. We filed on December 28, got a touch on April 8 but no other email. I waited for a couple weeks and then called. The lady told me she did not show that on her computer. So frustrating! I guess each case is different. Good luck to all of you.

Yeah you are right..each case is different!but u can always go for infopass though its not helpful but still you can go for it!i know this waiting time is killer!everyday its feel like may be we are going to get something by today.but when you dont get it at the end of the day its to frustrating!when i saw all the people from january filers got their approval i was so frustrated!but nothing we can do for it except waiting :(

Yes agree with u while i was waiting for my approval i have seen people getting their approval who filled later than me it is really so happy but also frustrating bec i m still waiting
