Hi everyone :star: i'm a newbie here. This concerns my uncle, petitioned by my grandfather, a WW2 veteran. His priority date became current on July of last year, he is under F1 category. My grandpa died on 1995, his petitioned was approved on 1993. Sad to say since the petitioner died they said the petition also died. We have submitted the documents and filled up the forms forwarded by NVC and paid for the processing fee hoping that the NVC might consider it. Unfortunately they did not. So, may i ask if we should continue this and if there is hope for this? I heard about humanitarian revalidation. How to do this? Do we need to consult a lawyer? please help! thanks a lot!
