USCIS requested for my wife's 2009 W-2 tax statement (my own fault) Nothing was updated on USCIS online dashboard (no update/touch). So i guess its out of the blue... At least i got the document handy and I had already overnight it in the morning.

At least you can get that off to them asap and not have it delayed too long, glad it wasn't anything major.:)

Have you call USCIS to inquire about the biometrics letter? If they can't help, maybe you need to schedule an INFOPASS appointment with USCIS local field office and speak with a CIS officer. Another option is to contact your local post office to see if there is any undelivered mail for your home residence.

Typically the biometrics appointment letter arrives within 1 week upon receipt of your first NOA. No worries.I'm sure its on its way soon!

We do know that our service center is busy, so maybe they're just taking a long time to get us an appointment. Just nervous. I haven't seen others who have been transferred to CSC before getting the biometrics.

This whole experience is reminding me why I stayed away from VJ while waiting for the I-129F approval...much less stressful when I don't compare our timeline to others :) I just get sooo worried about stuff I can't control! Hopefully we will get it within the next week...if not here by the end of next week 30 days will be up and I will initiate a service request with USCIS.

I was complaining EVERY day about not having the bio appt...and everybody was being transferred and we weren't...I was afraid there was something wrong with it! Like I said, I would be very happy if I were you because the bio appt is something that depends on USCIS, not on your case per se, I mean that they HAVE to send it at some point no matter what so you'll be ok:) And when you get it just do a walk in and you'll catch up on the time you had to wait for the letter! :dance:

I would be surprised if I make it to citizenship because my husband might get tired of my compaining about USCIS in the meantime :rofl::rofl::rofl:
