We filed in may but we had an rfe ( they said we didnt send in the copy of his birth certificate..of course my complete replica says otherwise ...) anyways itw as technically accepted in June and we just got our approval for his conditional green card August 23rd :)

My husband is working at Farm & Fleet, an automotive/farm/random things store. Its a total downgrade for him as he left a great job in Sierra Leone as a logistician/administrator. But this job gets him into the U.S. system and gets some money in. He'd also like to go back to school in logistics/business. So its a stepping stone..but no complaints!

Finally I recieved Another update on My Green Card After has been Approved last July 17,2010.

It Sounds they waited My Son to Arrived in USA at K-2 Visa before they orderd my Green Card,

My Son Arrived in K-2 Visa Just this August 24,2010 & They Ordered My GC on the Next Day, so Wierd, But I am Definitely Happy, Good Luck to Every One who are Still Waiting to be Approve & My Deepest Congratulations to All who recieved thier green Card Already & Find Jobs, It Is time to Settled down. God Bless us All ,May 2010 Filers.

Same...Sifa is working stock at Macy's and left a good job at a hospital. But it's something, he wants to go to school anyway, and he's making some money. All in all, can't complain :)

I noticed a June filer got approved today. The case was also transferred to CSC. I really cant pin point what the problem is.

Yes, i agree with you. I noticed some pending cases in February too. I hope we dont have to wait that long too.

SS said i should get my SSN in 2 weeks. Maybe i'm in the system now :bonk:

USCIS in CSC is so Weird,

Got Card/Document Production Last August 25 updated. & updated 26, saying they mailed the aprroval,then yesterday when i checked Out the update, It Showing in uscis.gov check status, it is in Post Decision Activity again? What a Heck??? :wacko:

USCIS in CSC is so Weird,
