Well... Our EAD was approved on July 9th or around that date.. got the NOA on it, but still haven't gotten the card. Our Green Card was approved and put into production on July 14th.. and it came in the mail on Saturday :):):)

WOO HOO... GC made it here before EAD. I had a feeling it would.

Fuat and I just sat and stared and it and almost cried.

Then we took a picture of it and sent text pics to everyone we knew :):)

So glad to have everything in hand and be done with all this for a while.

Hmm.. I wonder when the EAD will actually show up. Of course, now we don't need it :)

Good luck everyone.. this went by pretty quickly for us, so I hope it does for everyone else too.

Our AP hasn't been touched since June 11.

AOS and EAD were touched July 8.

Is anyone else seeing something similar, with AP basically held behind while AOS and EAD have more recent touches?

Nate, we had our interview last week and it was a breeze, we had so much proof but in the end they just wanted a copy of our sons birth cert.

Good Luck for your interview, let us know how it goes :)

Got my GC welcome letter today! Weee! =)

Congrats!

We got the 2nd email/text today stating EAD card production ordered. I have a question, what are they doing when they are "touching" our cases? My husbands AOS/EAD has been touched quite alot here lately. Do they have to work on it in sections or something? It seems as though it should be completed by now with all this "touching" going on, lol....Nevertheless, we are grateful and may they continue to "touch" us, lol.
