EAD Approved today

Congrats!!

We got our 2nd EAD card production ordered email today. I got all excited for a minute but it was just about the EAD again. Hope we get it soon!

Congrats!!

We got our 2nd EAD card production ordered email today. I got all excited for a minute but it was just about the EAD again. Hope we get it soon!

It only means your EAD will be in your Hand at the End of this Month, It took 15 days when i recieved Mine since the Day of Approval. Good Luck. :)

Decision

On July 21, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

31 July 2010: EAD and AP received!

9 Sept. 2010: RFE email for AoS

(RFE for medical. We replied with letter stating that it's not required since done overseas within one year)

18 January 2010: Interview - passed! Card production ordered!

We too recieved notice that production was ordered for her EAD card on July 21, 2010. Her current date for AOS interview is on August 10th, 2010 so we just have to wait till then and I guess this part will be over for a while.

We too recieved notice that production was ordered for her EAD card on July 21, 2010. Her current date for AOS interview is on August 10th, 2010 so we just have to wait till then and I guess this part will be over for a while.

Awesome news Bernie! Congrats! I cant wait until we hear some news about the EAD, if not then atleast it wont be long after the interview that he can work. Its so hard on them being stuck in the house while we go to work. So hopefully it put a big smile on your wifes face ;).
