Yehheeeey!!!!!!!!!!! I was Surprised i'm Expecting My EAD Next Week but the Moment i open Our Mail Box, There it Is, I have my EAD Card, I am So Happy, Thanks God, Thank you All VJ Staff, Really this Site Is Great, One More thing My AOS Touched again yesterday too, so Maybe I'll have Green Card Next???? Thank you for all the Sharing we had here ,its Worthy.

Congrats to the filers that filed in May that got approved ..Last touch been 7/02/10 and thet recieved my RFE on June 29.. No touches on Ap since they recieved it on May 13, and last touch on EAD was 6/17/10.. I'm a newbie so my timeline messed up..

July 10, 2010: Touch, I-485

July 22, 2010: EAD card production ordered

July 30, 2010: EAD arrives in mail

Sept 10, 2010: Notice of Approval, I-485

Sept 17, 2010: Received GC in mail

Nov 15, 2010: DH's children interview for K-2s (following to join benefits)

Nov 23, 2010: Approval granted for kids, passports in hand!

Oct 6th, 2011: Filed for 2 stepkids AOS

Oct 20th, 2011: Received emails stating applications received, checks cashed also on this day

Received AP in the mail today, woohoo :D

We did too :)

Now, just waiting for the EAD card. Still no touches on AOS, but as long as we have the other two I can breath a little.

Fuat's sister is having a baby soon and he really wanted to try to go home for it. Now he can :):)

Has any of the May filers gotten a RFE andif so, have u received any notices since then.. I got touched on the 7/2/2010 and since then no text, email, call or nothing.. worried as hell.. I sent my AOS in May 10, they recieved it May 13, they touched EAD 6/03/10 since then nothing.. MY AP is still saying May 13... Man I really wanna start working...

We're on about the same schedule as you: Last tough on AP is mid May, last touch on EAD is mid June (just after biometrics) and touched on AOS in early July, but nothing since then. Hopefully we'll both hear good news soon!

I have been thinking about you this morning and can't wait to hear how things went. I am feeling a little anxious this morning, so maybe I am nervous for you :) I am sure there will be no problems.. GOOD LUCK!

Hopefully Fuat will be able to go home before the baby is born. I was originally planning to go, but a month after he got here ( and 1 week after we got married) we found out about some medical issues and that I would have to spend my summer getting Chemo Cocktails :) So far everything is going great, but I am not able to travel... so he'll have to go alone. He keeps insisting he won't leave me for that long, but I don't want him to miss this family event. It's the first.. so it's a pretty big deal :)
