Has any of the May filers gotten a RFE andif so, have u received any notices since then.. I got touched on the 7/2/2010 and since then no text, email, call or nothing.. worried as hell.. I sent my AOS in May 10, they recieved it May 13, they touched EAD 6/03/10 since then nothing.. MY AP is still saying May 13... Man I really wanna start working...

July 14, 2010 - EAD approved, for card production

July 19, 2010 - Received AP in the mail

July 21, 2010 - I-485 GC approved, for card production

July 26, 2010 - Welcome letter received

July 28, 2010 - EAD card received

July 31, 2010 - Greencard received

Removal of Conditions

May 7, 2012 - Date Filed I-751

May 9, 2012 - Date of NOA!

Hi , we got RFE's on my kids AOS, was for the I-693 , think they lost their medicals , so we had them re-done here by a surgeon and sent them in. We got a text that they had received the RFE info at beginning of July and there were touches on the kids cases, but since not heard a thing , mine was touched late May , nothing on it since , driving me insane !! Same boat as you just want to get on with my life here and work , my poor hubby is under so much stress , this is a painfull procedure but love will get us through :) Here is my timeline so you can see,,,,

US Entry : 01.19.2010

Marriage to my Angel: 03.12.2010

AOS / EAD sent : 05.18.2010

AOS / EAD NOA : 05.24.2010

Bio Appt : 06.25.2010

RFE received prior to Bio Appt, RFE info sent in.

07.01.2010 : Notice received via Text RFE information received / Touched Childrens AOS

Still waiting for approvals

We got our AOS interview date today! It's on August 16. According to our notice, they received our application on June 1 (we mailed it on May 26). That's really late May - must mean all of you who are waiting don't have much longer to wait!
