Yes yes yes, my AP was approved today and my EAD card is now in production, lets say I am one very happy lady :)

We are in the same boat. A touch on Friday and again on Saturday. But no update. Hmmmmmmm.

Ditto us on the Friday/Saturday touching. Ooooooh, I hope I hope good news for all of us soon!

(Still nothing on AP or EAD, but I guess those don't mean much if they just give us the green card straight away....)

Congratulations BethandBilly! I'm hoping that your approval means we're soon, because our NOA1 was shortly after yours. Please let that be the case anyway ... I don't know how many optimistic days I have left in me.

OH it's good to read news like this. We are on a similair time line, so hoping we hear something soon. We haven't heard anything since they transferred our case in May.. biometrics was June 1... then nothing..

Here's hoping for good news this week.

Interesting.. So many people were getting touches I thougth I would take a look and see if we had anything. We too were touched on Saturday ( For the Green Card), but even more interesting is that our Advanced Parole and EAD were touched and updated today, when I looked at 9:00 Eastern Standard Time.

Says we were approved on the 9th.. great news, but I was really surprised to see it updated today.. especially since Chicago is on Central Standard time and that means it was updated prior to 8:00am their time.

Glad to see we aren't still out there in limbo. I was starting to get worried.

And congrats to everyone else who got approvals over the weekend.

Nothing to Worry , Our Case is still in Good Shape in Terms of Time line of Approval, You are only 1 day ahead of me the day we filed, As my Case been approved , yours will be Next too. Now i am Waiting to Recieve my Both Card in the Mail, YOur right to your prevoius post Sounds both Approved. THanks., and Good luck. :star::star::star:

Hi All :)

Ok , I am stressed out , I see many here getting touches and approvals already , and we have not had any touches since 1 July on childrens I-485's and last touch on mine was way before then , EAD and AOS. I was wondering what could be happening or if anyone else is in the same boat ??

US Entry : 01.19.2010

Marriage to my Angel: 03.12.2010

AOS / EAD sent : 05.18.2010

AOS / EAD NOA : 05.24.2010

Bio Appt : 06.25.2010

RFE received prior to Bio Appt, RFE info sent in.

07.01.2010 : Notice received via Text RFE information received / Touched Childrens AOS

Still waiting for approvals

More touches today on the EAD and AP, I wonder what that's about?!

It means Beth, that your EAD & AP is on Process , you might get it soon before your interview Day.

As I Looked on ,into your Filing Date, your Still in good Shape ,Normally EAD has 3 Months Processing Timeline to be Approved & AOS has 4 Months, You might Started to be worried only After Sept 18,2010,but hoping you get update before that and not to be in that Situation, i think this time need to wait Patiently, Stay Positive ,Good Luck & God Bless. :)

April 6, 2010 - Visa Delivered/POE (Peace Bridge)

April 23, 2010 - Civil Ceremony

May 1, 2010 - AOS/EAD Application submitted

July 12, 2010 - EAD Approved (Card Production Email #1 at 4:02 pm)

July 26, 2010 - EAD RECEIVED

August 5, 2010 - GREEN CARD APPROVED!!

August 21, 2010 - Green card arrives

November 13, 2010 - Catholic ceremony

July 2, 2012 - ROC submitted to VSC

August 21, 2012 - Biometrics

February 27, 2013 - ROC Approved
