Our anniversary (3 years - first time we will have ever been in the same country for it!) is next week so it would be a really nice anniversary present to get it (or even the EAD!)

Touches on AOS & EAD today - huzzah! I'm sure it still has something to do with biometrics, but still! I like to see activity :)

Woo! Great news! Surely it can only mean something good! I hope it ends up as a lovely anniversary present for you.

Yey Katie that's great. Hope good news is just around the corner.

Us-nothing. Would someone touch us please?! Lol. Despite biometrics nearly a month ago, not a single touch. I know the system can be iffy, but still. A bit concerned

Jessica

Ditto here. We had our biometrics right around yours, and still nothing. Ewan's birthday is the 12th, so it would be nice to get a little EAD for a present!

I had the same as you - two touches on both EAD and AOS, two days apart! I wonder why no touches on AP, though. I guess AP doesn't require biometrics, unlike the other two.

Jessica,

We did our biometrics on June 15, 2010 and that is the last date that anything has happened with our file. I'm wondering.....we had this incident with the USCIS guy at the biometrics appointment and I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It appears that everyone else is having trouble too. I hope so and hope that it doesn't have anything to do with the incident that occurred at the biometrics appointment.

Great! That MUST be good news!

I was inspired to check the uscis.gov just now because of that, and we got a touch on the AOS, but not on EAD or AP... So hopefully good news for both of us is coming down the pipe!

Bernie,

What happened at Biometrics? They actually did not let me go in with my husband, I had to go to a separate waiting room (weird). Anyway, hubby didn't report anything strange.

Can someone remind me if touches are noted via email OR on the web site? (not that it matters since I've seen nothing).

Back to worrying again...but keep us updated Bernie! Congrats to all getting movement though!
