Maybe updates depends on the person who handle the case? If he input everything or not because some cases are moving even without updates. Just guessing..:luv:

That's how it seems... I guess I'm ok with getting no update as long as it is moving forward :)

Whooops! I must have missed that! :P

For the interview I'm pretty much have a similar list like the one you have. And for the photos, I'm bringing my wife's scrap books to the interview. She started working on her scrap books since 2004 when we first met. So there is gonna be a bunch for the IO to see :) Both of us will also practice/remember important information like how, where, who, when, etc type of things happen. 19th is just around the corner for you! Nervous? hehehe

Imtan, thanks for that hahaha, I wasn't nervous until you asked me............... well may be a little ;)

I don't do scrap booking, I'm not organized enough, great that your wife did that though, you're going to have loads of proof, exactly what they want to see. I have 5 years worth of photos on my laptop, got a bunch of it printed off, went online to shutterfly.com and got 50 prints for $3.25, bit of a good deal if you ask me hahahaha.

My husband and I are asking each other questions and making sure we're good on dates and places and who's, what's, when's and where's. I'm definitely more nervous than he is, then again he's pretty cool calm and collected most of the time, you men get it so easy ;)

Anyways, let me know how preparations are going. Have a great day :)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to join a little late if you don't mind! Glad to have found this forum and wait with you all!

You can see our timeline in my signature. I have a few questions, hopefully someone can answer for us!

1-Our case was transferred to the California Service Center. However, we've yet to receive a notice that the case was received (we've only got the notice it was transferred). I've seen in others timelines that they were alerted that it was also received. This worries me as its been 19 days seen we received that notice that it was transferred, and it was our last communication. Should we worry that this is lost or a big delay?

2-All these 'touches'. We haven't received one (which I presume would be emailed to us [yes we did sign up for that feature]). Does that mean the case hasn't been looked at at all?

My husband just completed a second job interview at an organization he really wants to work for and things look good. We're both unemployed so this would be the answer to our prayers if it works out. However, receiving the EAD in good time is stressing us out majorly right now.

Wishing everyone all the best! Thanks in advance!

Jessica
