Great news! Only a month until you get to hear those magic words: "congratulations, you're approved!"

Hello ! Lyekka,

What they need you to Submit is your 2009 Federal Income tax Return Document , recent is your 2009 tax Return from Federal Company which you can download and Print it Out and submit to them, with W-2009, If you have that. Good Luck.

Hi

I got the same red flag in the mail yesterday. I assumed they wanted the 2009 Tax Transcript. Is this not correct? Can someone please confirm if I am correct in ordering this or do I need another document. I am unsure what or where I can find the 2009 tax return from Federal Company which can be downloaded? As you can see im really confused and kinda stressing here.

Thanks

Amanda

Yes, we got the text at 1 am today, haha. Kind of strange!

We have decided not to do a walk in for biometrics - I'm pretty backed up at work, and July 2 gives my boss plenty of notice about needing to take the afternoon off.

Has anyone gotten any updates on their EAD?

We know the AOS is at CSC and we got the processing email, so we just have to wait for that. But our EAD hasn't done anything - it was logged and then it updated after biometrics. That's it. Wondering if anyone else has seen any movement?

May 7, 2009 - 129F submitted

April 6, 2010 - Visa Delivered/POE (Peace Bridge)

April 23, 2010 - Civil Ceremony

May 1, 2010 - AOS/EAD Application submitted

July 12, 2010 - EAD Approved (Card Production Email #1 at 4:02 pm)

July 26, 2010 - EAD RECEIVED

August 5, 2010 - GREEN CARD APPROVED!!

August 21, 2010 - Green card arrives

November 13, 2010 - Catholic ceremony

July 2, 2012 - ROC submitted to VSC

August 21, 2012 - Biometrics

February 27, 2013 - ROC Approved

Only one more step to go!

Nothing at all update wise with regards the full AOS package since biometrics.

Due to my DH being overseas though we have an appointment with regards the I-485 and this is only due to it being the only time my DH is going to be home for quite a while.

I wish everyone the best of luck with their applications, it sure is a nerve racking time.

2nd of July isn't too far off not, we're already half way through the month of June, omgoodness time is flying by.

Don't you just love the USCIS website and updates ;)

Hey there, we only got the interview after I went to an infopass appointment to try to set up a date for an interview due to my DH being overseas and he will be home on leave in a few weeks time and after that we don't know when he'll next be home.

You've had your EAD and AP sorted out by now I presume?

Hello all. My NOA1 date is 5-27-10. I just got a text last night that they sent us a RFE on 6-15-10 :crying: . I know I am being inpatient but I want to know what they are wanting. I tried to call USCIS and can not get anyone on telephone. Does anyone know if they will tell you over the phone what they are needing? Also, what time zone are they in? It says they take calls from 8am to 8pm, but I cant get to anyone. Im in EST. Im wondering if it has something to do with the medical. All I sent in was my husbands vaccination report and not the civil surgeon form (I took a chance on this per others I know only sent this with success). Thanks.

Hi

I have just had the same problem , RFE on my 2 childrens I-485 (AOS), spoken to USCIS but all they say is that they dont have access to the records. And we sent in the I-693 from surgeon showing all vaccinations done and complete but the RFS says it is ( I-693 ) incomplete, and our medicals were done in Oct 2009 , within the one year frame. So all USCIS suggested was we send in a letter and copys of the I-693 again and explain the medicals were done in my home country a few months ago, I hope this works , we really cant afford any delays. I suggest wait for the RFE letter in the mail , it should say in there exactly what they want , good luck :)

It must be the medical form then. USCIS has been strict with forms now.

Well, they seems to be in a strange place considering the time people are receiving texts from USCIS. Just be patient and keep calling!

Good luck!
