Oh, good luck!! I hope they can do it :)

Thanks Katie and Sifa, I hope they can do it too, don't much like the idea of taking my son to the interview alone.

When do you think you're going to get your Biometrics done?

I can't believe our paperwork hasn't been sent anywhere yet, they got the paperwork way the beginning of may, since the biometrics two weeks ago absolutely nothing has happened :( I hate not knowing what's going on

I often wonder what goes on in the heads of USCIS. Seems really arbitrary when they move someone or do anything most of the time! Hoping you get transferred to Tampa & get an interview ASAP!

Hello everyone! I'm just so glad to let you know that my walk-in biometrics today was successful. kicking.gif It's was really smooth, no hassle at all! The ASC Michigan City, IN office doesn't have any customer to entertain when i get there. I walk in the at the office and it's only me and 3 office person inside. I showed the reciept, valid ID's then filled-out the form and then proceed to the photo and fingerprint section. The lady who did my biometrics was really nice. Take less than 10 minutes! kicking.gif

Glad you had a successful Biometric Walk-in experience. In our home uscis office in SoCal, the office is over-booked by 15-20 people a day. The security guard was polite but firm that no walk-in appts happen here anymore.

Oh well, we will just "go by the book" and get this done soon enough. We made a valiant effort but was denied at the goal line, hehe. Cheers to all May 2010 AOS Filers!

So I am really starting to worry about this, I had my biometrics done over two weeks ago, the website showed the touch reflecting biometrics the day after, but since then nothing at all has changed, I've had no notice of RFE's or any of that stuff, even after I went for the INFOPASS appointment yesterday there hasn't been a change. I wonder what's going on, I mean there are no changes to anything and I've not heard anything from my Lawyer, agh this is a nerve racking ordeal, those that haven't had any changes either are you worried sick too?

They transfer the case for speedy process according to the letter from USCIS. I was praying and hoping that the transfer was a good thing. I saw some post here that after the transfer nothing happened and they've been waiting forever, hope it wouldn't happen. :innocent:

She didn't say a thing, other than it was the the NVC and that was it. She said she would try to get our paperwork to Tampa asap so my hubby and I could for appointment in July while he is home on leave, I guess we'll be waiting for that forever, oh the joys lol
