Stew Chicken,

clean and season chicken in a bowl. use seasoning salt, black pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, adobo, tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, scallions, and fresh garlic.

use a frying pan and heat your oil before browning (almost like frying) your chicken. Place your chicken in the hot pan and dark brown both sides of your chicken on medium heat.

after browning your chicken place all pieces in a dutch pot with your remaining seasoning and water ( put water in the bowl that you were seasoning the chicken in. then throw the water in the pot).

put about two cups of water (for big pot or whole chicken). increase water as needed.

throw a little oil from your frying pan into the pot. cook on a semi high flame. cook until chicken is done ( usually 25 - 35 min.)

when chicken is almost completed put tyme in.

I hope this help. I have more recipes if you need anymore.
