well my 4 questions are:

How long after our case is completed does it take to recieve instructions and/or the interview date?

What documents are necessary to take to the interview if they already have the birth certificate, marriage, etc..?

How will i know when NVC sends our documents to the embassy? and if they recieved them?

Thanks in advance!!!!

1. Generally interviews are scheduled during the second week of the month. While interviews are scheduled during the other weeks of the month as well--we received our appointment letter the last week of the month--those are usually for dates for the following month, not the next. For example, we received notice end of March for an interview in mid-May. Remember, some consulates do this. Not all.

2. Usually a photocopy of the stuff that was submitted to NVC. And of course, your evidence of bonafide relationship.

3. The AVR will update to say so. You can check the DHL site to track its progress and contact your embassy to see if they've received your case yet. Remember, your case is forwarded only after your interview date has been assigned by NVC.
