Yer waiting on the NOA-1, Notice of Receipt, formletter I-797-C

Expect to wait up to 45 days for this. IF after 45 days, and the check NOT cashed, then there was some problem.

When you sent it in, was any tracking info for the service used to send it in? USPS? UPS? DHL? FEDEX?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hello Karim&San,

Please do not worry. It took us 17 days to receive our NOA1 from the date our I-29F package was sent. It will come, just be patient. :)
