how can i get my appointment letter for my medical exam at St. lukes?

when you already call the US embassy to have an appointment ,the embassy will send u an email of appointment letter. What u bring in ur medical are 3pcs of 2x2 pics with fullname at the back, passport,and 3 copies of ur appointment letter,ballpen black

reminder: the one copy of appointment letter will be stamp by the guard. you have to keep it because that is the one u have to bring in your interview.

No need to bring an appointment letter. You can show them the letter from the NVC, it will be fine. Ask your fiance to scan it and send it to you thru email.

2011-01-10------------Received NOA1 for AOS, EAD, & AP

2011-01-18------------Biometrics letter received

2011-02-07------------Case transferred to CSC

2011-02-10------------Biometrics in Detroit

2011-02-28------------Permanent Resident Card Production Ordered

2011-03-07------------Green Card and Welcome Letter received
