My friend is interested in a man from Dubai. She was wondering how hard it would be for him to obtain a visitors visa for the United States, ANy information would be great.

Very, In most countries you have to have overwhelming proof that you intend to return to your home country to get a visitors visa. Proof of a job, house or family that will make you return when you are done visiting. IF he thinks he has enough proof they can roll the dice and maybe they will be lucky but it is unlikely.

More than likely a visitors visa isn't gonna happen ESPECIALLY if he's wanting to visit a woman here. They see that as an intent to marry or immigrate. Her best bet is to visit him in his country and if they're not sure where their relationship is going, maybe do a K-1 (I think that's the fiancee visa). I wish them both luck on whatever they decide to do.
