We finally got our second interview date 19 months after filing (first one was cancelled one year ago).

My only concern at this point is in regards to the vaccination supplement. Our worksheet has a check for "Vaccine History Incomplete" and another check under that for "Applicant may be eligible for blanket waivers because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate as indicated above". Some of the required shots are checked "Insufficient Time Interval" and the Td shot is checked "Not routinely available".

So my question is do we need to get any vaccinations or not?

You didn't include supplement form I-693A in your AOS packet??? Bcos all i knew on K1/K3 case, u have 1 yr validity of medical since u had it in St. Lukes in Phils. and vaccination worksheet need to be updated in US for AOS by a supplement form I-693A. The vaccination record about Tdshot - not routinely available bcos we dont have that shot in Phils. thats why i got the vaccination of Tdshot here in US. and we transfer it all for the vaccination supplement form that we included in AOS packet.

Choose, call or visit one of the many civil surgeon in your area, and show them your vaccine worksheet DSform, bcos they are the one will explain to you which vaccine you need, but in m y case since i only arrive in US last april..im still in my 1 yr validity of medical and i took Tdshot and a supplement form updated by the civil surgeon.

goodluck!

Yes, she needs to get the TD shot (which is not available in the Philippines. In my case, I was given TD and MMR shot here in US, it was on the Vaccination documentation worksheet (P. 2) that I need to take a 2nd shot for the MMR even if I was given MMR shot at St. Lukes.

If you have not included the Supplemental Form to I-693 completed by the USCIS designated surgeon, better accomplish the Supplemental Form which is required for AOS applications to avoid any delay during the AOS interview.
