2010 Philippine Election predictions

I am a US born citizen and I don't know much of anything about Philippine politics, other than the fact that the Philippines has had a host of corrupt leaders in the past contributing to the poor state of their economy. I am just wondering what the major election issues are and which candidates are projected to be closest to the winner. Also who is the least corrupt one running?

I would still put by bet on Gibo Teodoro. Noynoy could be the least corrupt official, but I was wondering if he could lead the country.

And forget about Villar, he's one of the most corrupt official I've ever known. I wonder why this people are not prosecuted when even a normal person could understand how he steals money from the government. The C5 extension in Cavite proves it all.

Its probably going to be Noynoy, which seems the least corrupt out of all of them running. But personally I feel none of them have addressed the most important issues of the philippines, which is pollution.

I believe Noynoy supports a reproductive health bill, that will help put sex education in schools, and support condoms/birthcontol. So I think the younger and educated generation do support that.

Personally I feel thats the best thing he has going for him, but has overlooked the major pollution issue.

In manila, they dont even burry the trash at the landfill!!!!!! They just stack it up in a huge pile, so high in fact, it fell over and killed some people! I mean, how horrible and crazy is that, why can't they dig a hole and cover it up??????

I agree I would Vote for Gibo, he is a intelligent person but what is killing him is that he is in the same party as GMA so many would think that he would pull the same corruption she is doing. I wouldnt like to see Villar but he has alot of suckers that believe in him and he has WOWOWEE WIllIE on his side meaning that many of Willies fan would follow him.

NOYNOY would be the better bet, thing is he just doesnt have the Presidential look and is single, not that I care but many would like to have a married president in behalf of family values.
