Not really. Fingerless gloves in January when you drive the car with the top down, sure. Mittens maybe not.

Argh. I'll add a new one to the list -- finally getting a job (as in a job job, not an acting/band gig) after six months unemployed and then threatening to quit on day two.

What is wrong with this one? It kind of sounds like a habit with him, hating non-acting jobs immediately. Does he always quit them?

Since we've been in the States, yes. Back in London he had a long-standing part time job while he did his PhD. I think he's become workshy.

Note to self: next husband/life partner will not be afraid of a bit of muck and should have more than two pennies to rub together.
