I have to say, I am really enjoying the multi-cultural aspect that this thread in the UK forum has brought about. Its nice to see other faces around here. star_smile.gif

Me too. star_smile.gif Keep it up!

Si, man? :) Should Gary & the RUB gang be invited?

If they can post on topic without doing cheap shots at us, why not?

Why not? Because Gary is an insipid tw@t with two brain cells fighting over the same thought.

I have discovered that the VJ swear filter can't filter Brit swear words

Isn't that cheering ?

I can say plonker and bollocks but not pusssy and pusssy gets xxxxx out so I can't talk about my pusssy cat

Freedom !

hahhahaha ! actually I don't swear but sometimes I get dismayed when I can't take about my pusssy cat sat next to my screen absorbing heat.

Yet another cultural difference to absorb and accept..

Can I say beaver ? Yes I can - that's good coz they are gnawing all the trees down in the park here.

(I was being facetious, and trying to avoid further scorn being heaped upon us. Gary is still whingeing about us over there, completely unprovoked. We are apparently "the chosen people"!)

Mrs. T-B. threw her university schoolbooks at the wall and said, "I have hate in my heart. Can I pull your hair?" She then began cackling like some Alfred Hitchcock psycho. On the bright side, she didn't request another special trip to the market for mangos ("very hard, and very green"). Is this stuff going to improve after the first trimester, plea man?

Good news and bad news - yes it gets better after the first tri-mester. Um, but then after the baby is born (or Cletus, if you prefer), you get to go thru this again - just with no cravings.

Tried to edit my last post to say hello, and that I was going back to lurking, but didn't think of it in time.

My husband overuses the snooze button. I have always been anti-snooze button, when I wake up, I am totally awake and can't get back to sleep. He sets his for 5 mins, and hits it 4-6 times. Meanwhile, I am awake from the first beep and lose out on an extra 20 - 30 mins of sleep. mad.gif
