hi everybody,i sent the adjustment of status and i did not get the NOA the USCIS said it takes from 1 week to 4 weeks ,i was wondering if there is a way to check my status or to know thet USCIS got my ducuments ? thanks for your help,

Has your check been cashed yet? Did you send it so you could track it from the post office?

Interview - February 13th APPROVED! day 152

April 6 - wedding date day 204

Aug 22 - AOS interview date day 101-total days 342

Sept 29 - green card arrives, done until June 2008 day 140-total days 381

2008

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

2009

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

Not much you can do until you get the NOA1.... other than see if the checks have been cashed and if you had tracking from the post office....

There should be instructions on your copy, I would think. Check if there's a web site address and a tracking number. Alternatively, call their customer service line. All the best. (F)

This is as good an advertisement as to why you should pay with checks I've heard yet. For me I was able to not only see that my applications was recieved by the checks being cased, but the reciept numbers where actually printed on the backs of the checks when cashed, which I was able to see on my online banking before I got the NOA1's in the mail.
