can i open a case online status page if i dont have an NOA1 yet? if i did does this mean they will contact me through email with it?

july 2004 met online first time through a good friend

april 2006 reintroduced

may 2006 things start heating up

june 2006 fly to manila to meet her and propose

july filed 129f

aug 11 received csc

aug 17 noa1

oct 24 approved

oct 30 noa2 rec

nov13 recd nvc

nov21 lft nvc

nov24 recvd manila

feb 15 med exam

No... you need your NOA1 to register online.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

you can register without it, but you wont have anything but an empty portfolio so there will be no information, but once you get your NOA1 you can just put in the number.

July 17 2006 Sent I-129F to TSC

July 19 2006 packet received by TSC

July 27 2006 case received at CSC

July 28 2006 touched (to process/send NOA1)

Aug 01 2006 check cashed

Aug 05 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Oct 03 2006 Touched (RFE sent)

Oct 10 2006 RFE received and responded to

Oct 17 2006 Touched (CSC reply to RFE response)

Nov 06 2006 NOA2

Nov 21 2006 NVC sent to Manila

If you paid by check, maybe you'll be able to find the receipt number on its back, even before you get NOA1 in the mail.

I looked on the Case status today, it makes me more upset that the date has moved back. Y? Arrgh!

07-04-2006---got the RFE

07-10-2006---sent it back

09-05-2006---NOA2

09-07-2006---Got notice on mail

09-26-2006----mail from NVC with Case MNL2006764xxx

01-12-2007----medical (saint lukes)

01-19-2007----Interview

I looked on the Case status today, it makes me more upset that the date has moved back. Y? Arrgh!

I looked too and to my surprise, it is back for Feb. Could this an error or have they stopped approvals? The waiting is excruciating for the whole family. But, let's keep our spirits high and keep on praying...not much we can do from our end anyway.

* touches 6-2&3&14&15&17, RFE (IMBRA) CSC letter sent 6-23-06, touches 7-3&5

* RFE express return to/@ CSC 7-14-06, more touches 7-24&25, 9-5&6, NOA2 email notice rcvd 9-6

* visit Philippines & China Sept-2006, again see Maria & more extended family

* NVC assigns Embassy Case# 10-6; 10-12 letter rcvd 10-16 (sent 10-12) NVC receipt of I-129f

* mailed AOS (Chicago) & EAD (Nebraska) paperwork 4-21

* rcvd USCIS receipts of paperwork 5-2, posted wedding pics on VJ 5-3

* Maria's AOS biometrics appointment 5-22, son's on 6-5, no update on EAD status yet

* rcvd AOS appointment 5-26, set for 7-9 in Bloomington,MN office

* applied for Maria's WI state ID 6-5 & card rcvd 6-11

* AOS approved @ 7-9 interview, told to expect green cards 5-30 days

* USCIS confirms approved A#s rcvd 7-14, 2 green cards rcd 7-23
