Hello fellow VJers!

Does anyone know whether it is legal to continue providing services to a foreign employer, and being paid into a foreign bank account, while in the United States on a K-1 Fiancé visa?

Any help or insight will be greatly appreciated!

Yes. You are not permitted to accept employment from a US based company but you are permitted to do work for a foreign company while IN the US. Remember you will need to declare on your US taxes though (most likely) when the time comes.
