Hello!! I filed April 22 and received my NOA1 April 29, so I'm borderline April/May filer. My case was last touched May 13... Two weeks seems like an eternity. But we do what we have to right?

Oh thank goodness..... Just got the email with our appointment date... :dance: My Judy's interview is on March 1 at 8:30 am... farther away than we had hoped but , at lease the end is in sight now.... :dance:

10-26-10 NVC recieves our petition

10-27-10 NVC case # assigned..

11-02-10 DS-3032, I-864 Bill received.

11-02-10 AOS Bill paid.

11-09-10 IV Bill recieved

11-09-10 IV Bill paid.

11-15-10 Sent IV and AOS packages seperately via overnight mail.

11-16-10 IV and AOS packages received at NVC at 11:22am ..... Now the wait begins again :(

11-30-10 Both packages entered into NVC's system awaiting review.....

12-07-10 RFE. A simple fix , But i need to wait till replacement page of Ds230 arrives, then overnight the checklist stuff back to NVC.

Hey everyone !! So I just landed in Canada yesterday!! Andd im so happy to see my hubby! And it's freaking snowing!!!!!!! I'm glad I brought my rain boots! lol

Soo there is a update with our case , we got an email from the NVC , and it's knind of confusing , I pasted the details below. I didn't know that we had to do this. Can anyone help explain it? Thankyou! and good luck everyone :star:

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the
