May 2010 CR1 filers

I got SIF on the 8 December, but only saw now, morning of 9 december, 8 am in Romania... 1 am in US!! Yesterday i could still login, so after went to bed... 4-5 pm US time we got SIF!!!!!!!!!WOOHOOO, want a January interview!!!! :dance: :star: :dance: :dance:

I cant believe this and how stupid this is but I just got an RFE email from the NVC today, guy's please help me out here because it's stressing me and hubby out right now

It really doesn't make sense because I sent everything they put on there so what else more would they want????

I posted all the RFE info in this thread I made if your around please go check it out~!

well after an initial panic I'm just going to do what I can and try to get this sorted as quick as possible, I just have to resend (because I already included them in the packet) mine, petitioner and co sponsor birth certificates as proof of relationship for the I-864A. I guess this is sometimes hard to avoid, even when you think you sent a perfect packet they can overlook something I'm going to mail it out tomarrow morning wish us luck in a speedy SIF.

Good luck....and don't worry it will all work out, just send what they need and you'll be approved soon! As for I mailed the packet on the 11th so like yesterday, hopefully everything works out !

I should just learn to not freak out first thing it's a bad habit but at least now it's sorted out, I hope thats all they really needed and that the NVC operator told me the correct info about just needing the birth certificates and that we should request about the police certificate (the operator said it wouldn't delay the processing), I'll find out soon enough I guess. I express mailed off the checklist items this morning should get there on Monday.

So which packet did you send off? Did you mail the AOS and IV together or separate? I hope they find all of your things in order and no RFE like me.

Its okay we all freak out! I know I do What exactly was wrong with your packet, they said you didn't have a birth certificate for who do they need it?

I just sent the AOS packet my hubby is going to send the IV, he's finishing it up. And in the AOS i included:

-copy of my birth certificate.

-copy of my passport biographic page

-my drivers license

-parents drivers license

-parents naturlazation certificates (they don't have passports yet, haven't travelled yet lol )

I have not heard of this before. Where did you read this? I may have misunderstood your post but I believe the IV fee will have to be paid and then you will send in the package with the bar coded cover sheet. Without this your case cannot be completed at NVC and placed in line for an interview in Montreal.
