Just a hypothetical question, say you were approved at USCIS, then NVC, then got an appt. interview. What would happen if you were charged with a crime between the time you got your interview date and the actual interview? Would they still ask there if you ever had a criminal "CHARGE"? What would a person do? Again, I'm not at all in this situation, but just thought what would happen to a person after going through the whole process then got so close to the interview, got a charge, then would they have to tell the interviewer no matter what??

Me too, I wonder what would happen...seems like I guess a person could get in trouble before the big interview, but you just never know!

NVC is behind you are ahead u can ignore the email with an ouch as Loto will say. Has your IV bill been invoiced? If not send another DS-3032 to supervisor Sue.

so since our IV bill hasn't been invoiced yet, and my hubby hasn't gotten an email yet confrming they recieved his DS-3032 yet, so he will email it again...the subject should just be "Attn. Supervisor Sue" ?

Did you guys all send it signed, or just typed. Like printed out signed, then copied or something. My hubby just typed it all up.

We did the email format(typed in) and NVC had no issues with it

Hey everyone I missed you all~

No updates yet which isn't surprising I guess I count 20 days from when they told me they received it I suppose, so by Dec 20 should hear something? even though they technically received it earlier just not in the system =/, definitely a big gap, but I'm coming to terms with this and trying to hope for a early-mid Jan interview now.

I need to finish putting together some things as preperation for the interview like extra bonafides since starting the process as thats good to have just in case~ also put a photo album together as most of our photos were all digital on the computer so I picked the best of our photos since 2007, around 700-800 photos in the binder it's probably a little large, but I'm bringing it to the interview anyways as it's our best bonafide imo, I don't expect them to look at every photo so I organized it by years and tabs with table of contence in each year category for quick referencing =).

My hubby got me an early x-mas present an awesome sewing machine which I have been wanting for awhile now, look forward to learning this new hobby~

I've been keeping busy lately!, but I'll be by as much as possible to post~ hope everyone is doing well and keeping their sanity in check .

Awww I've missed you Jen! You have been in my thoughts! I hope you get a early interview date also.

And your pictures sound great and very organized, Im sure whoever interviews your hubby will love that lol.

Congrats on your sewing machine! I'm also waiting on a parcel my hubby said he sent me, as for me when I was visiitng him in July I bought him something and wrapped it for x-mas and told him not to touch till Christmas day ! lol

Yay on your touch! Don't worry your touch will come soon, try call USCIS and inquiring or the petioner can call the local congressman for a inquiry, because you are over the normal processing times as my case was, then everything worked out though, Im sure yours will too

As for the detailed timeline, this is the way I do mine!

on the top right hand corner shold be your Screenname, click on setting under that

then it says "your options" and settings/forums/profile/links/chat ...click on Profile

then it says change signature click on it and type your dates and stuff in the box that appears and click save changes.

Just wanted to let everyone know if you haven't sent in your AOS stuff yet on the USCIS website there is a new one that expires on 10/31/2011. I had all my stuff filled out on the one that expires on 10/31/2010. I'm sending my stuff in tom so I'm glad I looked it over!! Now I have to print new ones for my parents and I and fill them out again. As for mine can I just fill it out on the computer and print it out, or do they prefer more hand filled stuff? Actually for my parents I-864A also, i just feel like it's more neat. Ya guys think its okay?

Minted, you can do it either way ... but remember : "Print clearly or type your answers using CAPITAL letters" as the I864 instructions say... as for the dated form , i used the old one . i searched every for an updated one , then after i sent everything in then i found the new one it was post marked long b4 it expired, so hopfully that one will slide by them

I don't like my handwriting I get all paranoid thats its not neat enough and perfect thats why I wanna do it on the computer loll

Don't worry about it I was asking someone and they said the old form is still accepted!
