Yep I think we should all take it easy and the time will fly by!! I'll be praying for everyone and also let everyone know my updates and case status. I also plan to visit my husband at the end of the month for 3 or 4months *can't waittt* Also everyone start preparing for NVC stage. I've started on that. Take care!

25.05.10: USPS delivery of pack confirmed (actually they received it on 24.05.10)

28.05.10: I-130 check cashed

01.06.10: Received NOA 1 in mail

Yes I would be really lucky if I could visit him, I called customs and explained my situation and they told me " I don't forsee any problems for you, you should be just fine, just be honest and you'll be fine" then I called again to get a second opnion and the lady said "bring my NOA 1 and have money on me, and a note from work. and everything should be fine, and they could allow me up to 6months...she said then again I can't tell you yes or no because it depends on the officer but I shouldn't have any problems" So hopefully I will be lucky!! I keep praying everyday and looking forward to seeing him

I cant wait to see him again, last time was in March when we got married. So difficult it is to be married & then say "BYE" at the airport. We try to see the funny in the situation:

"Do you want to marry him? YES"

Okay now BYE, haha, but is not that way at all...

Think positive you will most likely not encounter any difficulties visiting your husband.

yeah! I hope I won't have any trouble, and yes I have the NOA 1 they sent it to mee. I know how feel being apart, we just have to hang in there! And we'll see if I make it through okay, I'll let alll of you know about exactly what the officer says and how it goes.! lol

My husband is unemployed... I mean he is working togheter with some ppl to form a business, but curently he doesnt have a job at a company. Will that be a problem?

Doesn anyone have a clue? Financially he is very ok,... we dont need no joint sponsor!

Hmm I don't know about it , Are you in Romania immigrating to u.s. or your husband is in Romania? Im the petitioner and my husband is the ben. I don't have a job either but my parents and i live in the same household so Im using them as joint sponsors. I have some savings (assets) that I want to put down.....and my husband also has savings from over there that he can show (he's going to sell his house) But I honestly don't know I don't want to advice you and give you the wrong information try posting in the CR-1 process and procedures section....this is the prgress reports forum. =)

i think unemployeed is not good. you probably need a joint sponsor. i don't think just showing you have $1,000,000 in the bank is enough? i am not sure.

My husband is in the US & I'm immigrating! He has savings (assets) to put down... but no job, grr. He doesnt have 1 mil $... pff. Yes I'm gonna ask on other forums too!! Need to know ASAP so that I can inform him also.

We have NOA1, the code on it doesn't work. He has phoned them and they say they can be a delay. But now I'm REALLY worried as people who applied after us have had their aplication touched, ie. theirs is cedrtainly on computer. What is going on? We app[lied mid May! I'm really fed up, I KNEW they'd lose our application!
