1) First 2 weeks - NVC Case#, Email registration, DS-3032 emailing, IIN, AOS & IV payment, AOS & IV package delivery to NVC

2) Second 2 weeks - AOS & IV package entry into NVC system

3) Third 2 weeks - AOS & IV package review, SIF and CC

Now you've completed step# 1 and 2. Entering into step# 3.

So, another 2 more weeks for NVC done!

If you email it to the NVCInquiry address, you'll generally get a generic response saying they received your email. You generally won't get confirmation until it's been entered, which for me was a couple of weeks later. Keep an eye on the payment portal, and as soon as the AOS is available, pay away!

Wow!!, i can't believe it, no one has posted any SIFs yet?????? Nvc has had ours since Nov 16.... come on NVC hurry...lol If anyone has theirs already please post so others can see...

Actually i just got off the phone with NVC on our case . she told me that our case was entered into the system yesterday and the next step was for them to review all our documents... so...... who knows maybe by next week we should hear somekind of news (good or bad) on our case.....

According to this I'm already entering 3rd step. Hmmm... idk, havent had any news that they entered my dox, although is been 2 weeks, 10 biz days. Will call again on Friday!!

I have a question....we have an attorney helping us, now our NOA2 has been approved and gone to NVC I'm not sure of the exact process. I've looked at the guide on VJ but still unclear. I emailed the attorney yesterday to ask what the situation was and he said 'we have paid the fees to NVC and once we receive a confirmation notice from them we will be able to submit the remaining documents'. Is that just the start of the NVC road? Sorry to sound stupid, but I am in the US visiting my petitioner husband at the moment so am concerned that if I get sent paperwork to my home in the UK I wont be there. I dont even know if NVC will send me (or hubby) any paperwork as we have an attorney as our agent and he has all the documents he needs.

Any light shed on this would be much appreciated - it was easy just waiting for NOA2, now it's getting confusing!

Yes that's the start of NVC road. NVC will not send you a confirmation notice..Your lawyer will have to keep checking the payment portal site. Once all bills have status PAID he/she has to print out the cover sheet and mail out the docs to NVC.

Yep I agree does your lawyer have all your civil documnets?
